7 Days Tour: Congjiang-Huangguoshu-Qingyan
Description
Day1 Guangzhou South-Congjiang train station
Arrival at Congjiang train station, transfer to Zhaoxing village. It takes only 20 minutes to reach Zhaoxing.
Zhaoxing is the biggest Dong village with 800 Dong households and 4000 Dong inhabitants. There are 5 drum towers standing in Zhaoxing DOng village, each of them stands for one Dong tribe, and one Dong family name. Dong people are naturally good at singing, they often say" rice is to fill their stomachs, while songs are to fill their hearts. We have a chance to enjoy and listen to Dong Chorus at around 06:00 in the evening. The performance time depends on the seasons.

Day2 Zhaoxing
Visit Zhaoxing Dong village in the morning, and drive to Tang‘an by local scenic bus to see the terraced paddy fields and Tang‘and Dong village. Tang‘an is a Dong village, located on a high hill, 8km away from Zhaoxing. If our guests‘ health condition permits. we can hike down from Tang‘an to Zhaoxing, it takes 2 hours, and the distance is about 4 km by the village trail. Relax in the afternoon.

Day3 Zhaoxing-Rongjiang
Visit Huanggang Dong village, which is an isolated and traditional Dong village. The local people cannot speak Chinese well today, they are still wearing indigo dyed clothes. The new paved road was just open to this village for 5 years. Otherwise the outsiders cannot touch it. After we visit Huanggang, we will visit Zhanli Dong village, which is the first village the locals started their family birth control 400 years ago, when they realized the population getting larger, while the rice fields are limited. Lunch in Dong village. And drive to Basha Miao village, here the local Miao man have guns, which ever used for hunting wild animals for meat. Now it becomes a symbol of a man. On the way to Rongjiang, we drive up Duliu river, and we can make some stops for pictures taking.

Day4 Rongjiang-Kaili
Visit a local vegetable and meat market which happens every morning in Rongjiang. The nearby Dong, Shui and Miao people descend from hills to Rongjiang, carrying their fresh vegetable and animal to the market, selling to the residents of Rongjiang. In the market you can see different ethnic groups, wear different clothes, even their hair dresses are different. After the market to drive to visit Baibei Miao village, Zenlei Shui village, and Shiqiao Miao village.
Overnight in Kaili
Day5 Kaili-Leishan-Kaili-Anshun
Visit Wudong Miao village, Getou Miao village, and Upper Langde Miao village. In upper Langde Miao village we have a chance to experience the Miao guests‘ greeting ceremony, offered bowls of rice wine to drink by the local women who wearing traditional costumes.
Overnight in Anshun
Day6 Anshun-Huangguoshu-Anshun
Visit Huangguoshu waterfalls, there are 3 scenic spots for us to visit: Doupo Tang waterfalls, Tianxingqiao scenic spot, and Grand waterfalls.

Day7(6th July) Anshun-Guiyang(Anshun- Guiyang airport: 2 hours‘ drive)
